Account Coordinator – Washington DC

This position is located in Washington DC.
What You’ll Do:
  • Handle maintenance and enhancement requests from clients and colleagues in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolve issues within skill level; escalates when necessary
  • Keep thorough documentation of requests and resolutions
  • Ensure requests are acknowledged, addressed, tested, and deployed quickly, efficiently, and to client satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports to producers on issues, status, resolutions, and trends in related client accounts
  • Communicate regularly with clients on status of issues and enhancement projects
  • Support contract creation, renewals, and invoicing for all maintenance clients
What You Have:
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent, customer-centric written and verbal communication skills
  • Digital project management, professional website design, end-user support and/or customer service experience for technical products preferred
  • Passion for bringing positive change to the world
  • Baseline knowledge of digital project management, website development, and user experience design
  • Flexible, patient ability to prioritize projects and tickets with constantly changing schedules and deadlines
  • Calm, self-motivated, positive, and able to focus on delivering high quality, accurate, and timely results for fast-paced projects or assignments
  • Stellar interpersonal and client service skills
  • Comfortable dealing with scheduled and unscheduled website, web application, and mobile application maintenance requests
  • Baseline knowledge of internet development and deployment technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, DNS, and TLS
  • Familiarity with issues supporting multiple browsers and devices
  • Experience working with GitHub Issues a plus
  • Experience supporting at least one of the following platforms a plus: WordPress, Ruby on Rails, Drupal
