What You’ll Do:
  • Responsible for developing, implementing and managing digital and print marketing campaigns that promote our agency and it’s services
  • Enhance brand awareness in the digital space to drive more buyers, tenants, and brokers to the website and generate more traffic to our site
  • Develop strategies to drive online traffic
  • Developing and manage print and online marketing campaigns
  • Oversee email and social media campaigns, paid search, SEO / SMO strategies
  • Research and evaluate market conditions, competitor data, customer research
  • Grow new leads, converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content
  • Develop original/organic distribution channels to reach buyers
  • Build and manage content/editorial calendar that attracts a large audience and creates more demand to the site
What You Have: 
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing or demonstrated experience
  • Experience in managing digital campaigns, SEO and Affiliate programs
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and strategies
  • Excellent grasp of social media, website metrics, and digital marketing
  • Demonstrated experience with email marketing, lead generation and SEO
  • Traits needed to be successful in this role / things you’re good at:
  • 3+ years of professional experience working within a marketing department (brokerage, technology, agency)
  • Exceptional written and communication skills
  • Experience with creative problem solving in a professional environment
  • Must be a go-getter and self-starter willing and able to get things done without the help of a large team
  • Collaborative but can make quick and decisive decisions
  • Data driven thinker
  • Marketplace experience a nice to have not required
