Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an energetic, curious, collaborative, can-do-attitude individual who can juggle multiple hats and is unintimidated by tight timelines to join our Marketing Team. The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the day-to-day execution and project management of all digital marketing strategies and deliverables in support of the US business. Projects include but are not limited to website/e-commerce management, database management, CRM/marketing automation, SEO/SEM, DTC/omnichannel systems integration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, manage and execute direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns across digital channels, including web, SEO/SEM, database management, email marketing and display advertising
  • Manage third party digital marketing partner relationships as key day-to-day liaison, including web developers, systems integrators, CRM vendors; responsible for ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations, project management, status reporting, deliverables tracking
  • Develop and implement strategies; KPIs for consumer segmentation and database management, including cleansing, analysis, and insights, as well as calendar, cadence, and efficacy of email marketing efforts
  • Establish and execute processes, procedures, and policies to execute the DTC business
  • Manage and update digital marketing calendar(s); status reports to keep the internal team, agency partners and key stakeholders on track; Tracking master calendar with all digital tactics and campaigns
  • Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional partners to ensure that marketing deliverables, and relevant operational integration tasks, are completed and communicated across the organization effectively, on time, adhering established project budgets
  • Collaborate with brand/product marketing and experiential teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience for specific sales; marketing initiatives
  • Manage internal customer expectations with respect to direct-to-consumer services, identifying gaps between customer needs and technology capabilities, and work to find innovative solutions to those gaps
  • Strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Develop, monitor and report on digital marketing budgets, including license fees, integration investment, developer hours and tactical campaigns
  • Monitor status and measure/report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, focused on web traffic, conversion and email marketing, and assess against goals; manage ongoing digital dashboard
  • Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
  • Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing protocols and procedures with relevant internal teams and external marketing partners
  • Evaluate emerging digital technologies, trends, and insights
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
  • Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day issues that affect digital marketing projects
What You Have:
  • Four-year Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field required
  • 3-5+ years of digital marketing and/or DTC operations experience within a consumer goods company or equivalent experience at an advertising/marketing agency
  • Passion for golf required, with general knowledge of brands, equipment, trends strongly preferred
  • Strong communication skills (written, oral, presentation)
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Laser-focused attention to detail and follow-through against deadlines
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple priorities while working independently or with various internal and external partners
  • Creative thinker with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Understanding of web and CRM and platforms, analytic tools and best practices (Shopify, Salesforce, Google)
  • Experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
