Marketing Retention and Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist the Director of Marketing in managing retention, cross-sell and customer engagement strategies across our businesses
  • Responsible for auditing and optimizing customer communications across various tools and systems to ensure a seamless brand experience and drive orders, repurchases
  • Optimize and refine communications based on data and customer insights
  • Become Hubspot certified and remain up to speed on the latest changes and best practices to maximize program tool, leads, and orders
  • Manage the email calendar, promotions and campaign scheduling within Hubspot
  • Assist in defining target audiences/segments, layout of emails, creation of campaign structures, deployment and reporting analysis
  • Administer web pages, landing pages, emails, templates, forms, workflows, contacts and integrations
  • Manage Amazon product pages, promotions, deals, and all processes associated with being a professional Amazon seller
  • Establish, document and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices for administrative tasks, lead generation, nurturing and retention campaigns
What You Have:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of marketing, e-commerce or digital advertising experience highly preferred
  • Although not necessary, experience with Hubspot a plus!
