What You’ll Do:
  • Creating and launching video campaigns across multiple platforms including YouTube, Google Video Partners, Facebook, and others.
  • Providing ongoing campaign management ensuring optimal performance and delivery, constantly exceeding KPI expectations
  • Troubleshooting pixels/tags, creative, and 3rd party vendors to ensure proper campaign execution
  • Effectively working alongside fellow team members, 3rd party vendors, and clients to launch and optimize campaigns
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal teams and clients
  • Communicating new product updates/features and value to internal teams
  • Teaming up with other teams to develop upsell strategy to clients with the use of data & analytics, marketplace trends, and new features/products
  • Keeping up to date with the evolving digital ecosystem and relevant cultural events that may have an impact on your buying strategy on campaigns
  • Proactively finding opportunities to grow the business by diving into campaign analytics and marketplace trends

What You Have:
  • 1-3 years experience buying online media buying and planning
  • Strong experience in Paid Search and performance marketing
  • Experience with building and managing a social media advertising plan
  • Experience in native channels, Facebook, and/or experience with programmatic display
  • Split testing experience and serving as a primary stakeholder for conversion funnel improvements
  • Knowledge of Shopify and/or other eCommerce experience
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
