Position Overview:

The Account Executive drives Salesforce consulting revenue growth by establishing new client relationships and expanding relationships with key existing customers and closing deals. Building and nurturing a reputation for delivering great work, driving customer satisfaction and helping Salesforce Account Executives grow their business is critical to the success of our sales efforts. The Agency73 salesperson will be focused on this reputation management and the overall co-selling efforts with the Salesforce team.


  • Manage prospects and clients to deliver against quarterly bookings and revenue targets.
  • Drive customer consensus around the value of Agency73’s proposed solutions. 
  • Responsibilities include reviewing solution designs, handoff to consulting/delivery team, and making sure customer expectations are explicitly represented in our proposals and statements of work.
  • Coordinate Agency73’s pre-sales activities.
  • Be a trusted advisor to Agency73 customers pre and post-sale.
  • Structure success criteria and scope for POCs and demonstrations.
  • Identify decision-makers.
  • Engage stakeholders, handle objections and navigate to the technical and budgetary approval for the solution platform proposed.
  • Properly forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers.
  • Co-sell with Salesforce team members on both joint and sourced deals. Focus on the success of the Salesforce team as this drives the success of the Agency73 team. 
  • Understanding and executing sales in this co-selling environment is crucial.
  • Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts, and account history within our CRM.
  • Some travel may be required but we try to keep it to a minimum.

Skills & Background:

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling professional services in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of the Health Care & Life Science (HLS) and/or High Tech industries.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated successful selling in a consultative/team environment.
  • Experience selling in a remote capacity, utilizing screen share/video technology to articulate the value proposition and solution offerings.
  • Ability to lead conversations around vision and innovation.
  • Complex problem solving and business analysis skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate within a high-performing team.
