The Result

Sundae is able to manage a complex set of processes from Sales Cloud® covering the entire customer journey from inquiry to successfully sold home. Market experts, home valuation analysts, construction consultants, and others are able to plan their work and move customers quickly through the process of selling their home.

Since go live, we have continued to work in one-week sprints to prioritize and execute the most valuable additions to the platform as the Sundae team and customer base grow. We’ve added Facebook integration through Zapier and a couple of helpful apps from the AppExchange to automate tasks and improve processes.
